Northland Builders was started by my Grandfather, Arne Heikkila in 1958. Northland Builders became incorporated in 1967. Arne operated Northland Builders for many years with the help of his son Rick Heikkila. In the early 1970’s Arne began constructing Kingsbary Homes. Rick took over the business in the 1980’s. His son Scott took over the business in 1998 and has been running the business ever since.
